How to be a finacial freedom man ?

Are you being proactive enough? Do u drive for success every minutes? And do you wake up with power every morning? Not really, right?

But you'll quickly find you aspiration and be motivated for a long time from someone. Steven is the guy, our Bulats English teacher from Austrilla.

I totally shift my paradigms from Seven Habits what Steven told us within few hours. Frankly, I feel exciting when I heard his excited speech first time, yup, not a boring talking. Financial freedom is another most important thing we can learned from him, you know, the former senior financial manager from Merrill Lynch. You know ML? Forgot what i said if you don't know it.

Steven told us some financial thing very seriously yesterday, the last course this year, may be a farewell one. Another shock lesson.

I just pick some points below:

1. what is success? or successful person? - You Are Able to Have Choice. but a real successful person will never stop to set a goal.

2.Time is money, but if you do not invest, you waste money's time.

3.what is a good company can be invested?

The one can run by itself, and look their detail is :

1) 2)PE(price over earning); 3)CEO record.....but, actually, those thing may be suitable for crazy china market.

4. If you make money more than you make from you job, you are financial freedom.

5. Treating money like you friend but not a enemy.

6. What is you worth? Guess you 6 best friends' asset, average is you worth. you know what' a about? Net working.

7. How to be financial freedom?

1) Step forward first for you finical management, open a account, invest a fund, stock, forex..etc.

2) know what you want ,you end goal;

3) Moving with you new-work;

4) You must want it.

....

Fixed monthly expense , direct variable cost

FME,Fixed manufactureing expense,固定製造費用 和DVL, Direct variable labour 直接可變動勞動成本 是我們工廠經常提到的兩個分析成本結構所使用的概念。

晚上我把上個月的支出進行了分析，發現非常有趣，我上月固定費用譬如水電氣管理費網費等的支出只佔全月的14%，而食物支出佔了33%，剩下53%都給了那些消費購物報刊雜誌交通娛樂等等。在這cpi急速上升，投資渠道漸漸多樣化的時候這種消費似乎不是很合理，而且勤儉節約的美德也應該時時刻刻成爲我們消費之前的口號。在分析一大堆之後，我制定了一個monthly expense model。。呵呵。。來規範自己，以後你們就不要找我吃飯了阿哈哈

model裏面只有fixed expense, food, read, traffic四項，每月的FME，我改成了Fixed monthly expense，佔5%，food佔15%,read 3%, traffic 2%...其他的剩下的不能隨便用，需要經本人及本人的二次審批才可以使用。。哈哈。。。好玩吧。。。
